- Lead development and configuration of Guidewire Policy Center solutions across commercial and personal lines
- Design and implement integrations and platform extensions using Guidewire Cloud best practices
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure coding standards and development quality
- Troubleshoot complex configuration and integration issues through root-cause analysis and resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions within established timelines
- Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement of development practices
- Support complex troubleshooting, performance optimization, and solution design across the full implementation lifecycle
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center, Billing Center and Claim Center, including Cloud implementations
- Strong experience supporting multiple lines of business such as Personal Auto, Home, Commercial Auto, BOP, or Workers’ Compensation
- Advanced expertise in Policy Center, Billing Center and Claim Center configuration, integrations, and Guidewire data models
- Proficiency in Gosu, Core Java, and Guidewire product model design and development
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Authorized to work for any employer in the United States
- Must reside in AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, , IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WI, or Washington, DC
