The company is hiring a Digital Accessibility Analyst to evaluate and improve the accessibility of campus technologies, digital assets, and websites using manual testing, automated tools, and assistive technologies. The analyst prioritizes accessibility issues, recommends improvements, supports the adoption of accessible technology, and provides guidance to campus stakeholders.
Highlights- Evaluate, document, and track digital accessibility using audit tools and assistive technology
- Prioritize and address accessibility concerns in digital resources and applications
- Support acquisition and adoption of accessible technology solutions
- Provide accessibility guidance to campus stakeholders
- Use data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve accessibility status
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 or greater standards and digital accessibility laws
- Experience with accessible web, application, and mobile development including coding
- Preferred experience includes higher education, project management, and professional certification in digital accessibility
- Familiarity with assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, Zoom Text, and adaptive navigation strategies
- Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher and digital accessibility experience
