The Custodian performs routine manual work in housekeeping and cleaning of interior spaces and immediate exterior areas. Sweeps, mops, vacuums, polishes and dusts furniture, and cleans restrooms, windows, blinds, mirrors, etc. in buildings across campus.
RequiredMinimum Qualifications:
Must be able to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
Additional Required DepartmentMinimum Qualifications:
Final candidates must submit to and successfully pass a post-offer drug screen.
Skills and Knowledge:Ability to climb stairs and ladders, reach and lift arms above head, and walk and/or stand for extended periods of time. Ability to use job-related tools, equipment, and chemical supplies.
Preferred Qualifications:High school diploma or GED. Valid U.S Driver’s license.
