• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,840 - $1,940 per week
• Dress Code: Solid Navy Scrubs

• Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alabama or Compact State (no temporary licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience preferred; candidates with 18 months experience considered if 1 year recent in Med/Surg Telemetry
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS or Red Cross
• Meditech EMR experience preferred
• Strong telemetry monitoring, cardiac nursing, and stroke care skills
• Willingness to float to other units and hospitals as needed

• Provide expert, patient-centered care for adults with neurological and cardiac conditions including congestive heart failure and acute stroke
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data; respond promptly to rhythm changes and clinical deterioration
• Administer medications, perform assessments, and support stroke and heart failure protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiology and neurology providers to ensure best-practice care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Meditech EMR
• Float to other units/hospitals as required and work every other weekend and holidays as scheduled
• Demonstrate compassionate, professional bedside manner and provide patient/family education
