American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position on a general surgery unit working night shifts, requiring a compact or Alabama license and recent specialty experience.

• Work in the General Surgery Med/Surg Telemetry unit on the 5 South unit
• Hospital-based setting with a general surgical patient population
• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:00
• Thirteen-week contract assignment
• EMR system is Meditech
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rates without mile restrictions
• Virtual orientation includes competency-based modules
• Requires completion of online pre-test modules
• Dress code or holiday coverage not specified

• Active AL or compact RN license with no prior or current disciplinary hits
• At least 2 years of RN experience with a minimum of 1 year recent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry
• No pending or temporary licenses accepted
• Resume and references may be required for consideration
