Medical Spa Manager/Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

Spa Belle La Vie is seeking an experienced Medical Spa Manager & Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to lead the daily operations of our medical spa while providing exceptional patient care. This full-time leadership position is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner with experience in aesthetics who is passionate about patient outcomes, team leadership, operational excellence, and business growth. The successful candidate will oversee spa operations, lead and develop the team, manage day-to-day performance, and provide aesthetic and wellness services within their scope of practice.

Key Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

Clinical Care

• Perform comprehensive patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform cosmetic neurotoxin injections, wellness consultations, medical weight management, and other approved aesthetic and wellness services within scope of practice.
• Educate patients on treatment expectations and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety.

Team Leadership & Operations

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the medical spa.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the spa team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional patient service.

Administrative Duties

• Oversee inventory management and clinical supplies.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support budgeting, payroll review, and operational reporting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-focused environment.

Business Growth

• Partner with leadership to grow aesthetic, wellness, and retail service lines.
• Monitor key performance metrics and support practice profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions, events, and patient engagement initiatives.
• Promote patient retention, retail sales, and recurring treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
• Experience performing cosmetic neurotoxin injections preferred.
• Experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, or medical spa environment preferred.
• Previous leadership or management experience required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and leading high-performing teams.
