Float to other units/hospitals as needed

$50 – $52 per hour
Approx. $1,800 – $2,496 per week gross
(depending on 36 or 48 hours worked)
Active Alabama RN License or Compact RN License required
No temporary licenses accepted
NURSYS verification required
AHA BLS or Red Cross BLS required
Minimum 2 years RN experience required
Associate Degree in Nursing required
BSN or related healthcare bachelor’s degree preferred
Meditech EMR experience preferred
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate patient care and discharge planning
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Facilitate safe patient transitions across the continuum of care
Support clinical and financial care outcomes
Float to assigned units and facilities as needed
