• Oversee the daily operation of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Develop and implement care plans that individualize patient needs and promote successful rehabilitation outcomes

• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants
