We are actively recruiting Canadian Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time hospital opportunities in Tuscaloosa, Alabama
.

- $33–$40/hour
, based on experience and qualifications - Up to $25,000 in total bonuses and financial incentives
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- $8,000 relocation assistance upon arrival in Alabama
- $12,000 additional bonus
, paid in bi-weekly installments over 12 months - Shift differentials:
- $3.50/hour for evening shifts
- $4.75/hour for overnight shifts
- Reimbursement for NCLEX, TOEFL/IELTS, and Visa Screen certification fees
- TN visa sponsorship fully covered
- Green Card sponsorship available after 6 months of satisfactory employment
Comprehensive support is available throughout your transition from Canada to the United States, including:

- 46-bed Medical-Surgical unit
- Typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5–6
- Approximately 18 admissions and 20 discharges per day
- Collaborative multidisciplinary team environment
- Work alongside RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and charge nurses
- 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- 2-week orientation
- 10-week training program

Requirements- Canadian Registered Nurse (RN)
- Active nursing registration and/or eligibility for U.S. nursing licensure
- Ability to meet U.S. RN licensure requirements
- Eligibility for TN visa sponsorship
- Willingness to relocate to Alabama
- Hospital or relevant clinical nursing experience preferred
