Key Responsibilities- Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications
- Respond to adverse symptoms with appropriate interventions
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and initiate IVs as needed
- Current nursing license and relevant clinical experience in Med Surg
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to collaborate with healthcare team and adapt to patient needs
