• Ensure accurate medication administration and prevent medication errors.

• Provide clear handoffs to subsequent care teams for continuity of care.

• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications preferred for ER settings.
• Minimum 2 years ER or acute care nursing experience.
• Proficiency in triage, acuity assessment, and rapid decision‑making.
• Accurate medication administration with emphasis on safety protocols.
• Strong documentation habits using EHRs; prompt progress notes.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility ER environment.
