- Active AL state or compact RN license required (no pending or temporary licenses accepted)
- No history of license actions allowed, past or current
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with 1 year recent experience in specialty required
- Local candidates accepted at the same rates with no mile radius restrictions
- Virtual orientation includes competency-based modules
- No Health Stream modules required prior to start
