You will lead a nursing team, assess patients, educate families, and document care while coordinating with physicians and other disciplines to achieve patient-centered outcomes.
The role requires an Alabama RN license or multistate license, BLS and ACLS/BLS within six months, and a BSN preferred. Strong communication and delegation skills are essential.
