AE - Merchandise Leader; Part-Time

YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store is always rocking AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise lies in executing effective floorsets, marketing, and merchandising updates, and in keeping the store "guest ready" through effective replenishment. Your keen attention to detail, passion for visual standards, and teamwork help you get the job done.

• You have a passion for merchandising: you support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring your store is always representative of AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorsets are your "thing": you drive floorset execution by training and coaching the floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to floorset standards.
• You’re a merchandising innovator: you own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments, and replenishment, seizing merchandising opportunities and game‑planning with leadership.
• You have a teamwork mentality: you support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment.
• You’re a people person: you prioritize the guest experience, champion a culture of recognition, and celebrate wins with the team.
• Integrity is your middle name: you maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, commit to shrink‑reducing strategies, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You thrive on organization and have strong attention to detail; priority‑setting and time management are your strengths.
• You have flexible availability—morning, evening, and weekends—to move product.
• You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills and a history of retail work.

• Actual starting pay is determined by experience, location, and other factors.
• Associates may receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide rewards based on eligibility.
