Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside top-selling national big-box consumer electronics retailer locations across the country. This 1‑year continuity program involves the same store, same rep, every 8 weeks to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates. The specific brand and retailer name will be disclosed at offer/hire.

• Conduct a 1‑hour in‑store visit every 8 weeks at the assigned retailer location.
• Engage shoppers about the brand’s flagship product line, asking questions and explaining benefits in clear, friendly language.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy the in‑store brand displays (reference photos provided during training).
• Check in/out via the Ubeya app and submit post‑visit photos and reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in‑store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips or holes) and visible brand‑issued name badge at all times.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group professionally at all times.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before the first in‑store visit.

• Reliable transportation to the assigned retailer store(s).
• Smartphone with data for Ubeya check‑in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Ability to commit to a bi‑monthly cadence (one 1‑hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Residential mailing address (no PO Boxes) for brand‑issued name badge shipment.
• Completion of all retailer compliance courses before the first in‑store visit.
• Not currently employed by Action Link, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).

$24.00/hr paid training. Weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing.

• Live virtual brand training session – 7/22/2026 (time TBD, later in the day).
• Retailer compliance courses must be completed before the first visit.
