Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail property, common areas, parking areas and perimeter;
Monitor entrances, corridors and high-traffic areas to help to deter unwanted activity, and report suspicious behavior per site policy;
Complete shift activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate with property management and/or law enforcement as needed
