Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding property to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, policy violations, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures.;
Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation while communicating with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
