As a Healthcare Dispatch Professional with Allied Universal, you will coordinate communications, monitor systems, and support timely responses to security-related incidents across a healthcare location.

Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour
Job Schedule:- Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, healthcare facility policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
- Receive, prioritize, document, and dispatch security-related calls for service using radios, telephones, computerized dispatch systems, and/or other communication tools.
- Monitor security-related systems, including alarms, cameras, access control notifications, and emergency communications, and promptly relay relevant information to responding personnel.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinate communications with hospital departments and emergency responders, and maintain accurate incident logs.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare facility and perimeter as assigned; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- A Guard Card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
