Dispatcher, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Summary of Duties

Manage and coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of our technicians. Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and technicians. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Ensure quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
• Record and report service calls.
• Participate in training for professional development.
• Update customers on technician progress.
• Submit work orders.
• Process work order invoices.
• Collect on customer accounts.
• Process technician work orders.
• Handle dispatching for service departments.
• Provide customer service to customers and technicians.
• Be available for additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or General Education Development Diploma.
• Customer Service experience is preferred.
• Call Center experience preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Dispatching Experience.
