The Scion Group is seeking a Facilities Technician II to maintain and repair our apartment communities. You will respond to service requests, perform preventive tasks, prepare units for turnovers, and manage supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in maintenance, HVAC/EPA 608, CPO or plan to obtain, and the flexibility to handle after-hours calls at a fast-paced, property-management environment.
