Marketing Engineer – AI Enablement, Automation

• Automate recurring reporting, data-load, spend-QA, and campaign-operations workflows with guardrails and rollback paths
• Reduce analyst toil and track hours saved as a role KPI
• Develop a versioned, validated media-mix model with automated refreshes, sensitivity checks, and experiment calibration
• Industrialize incrementality testing through geo-experiment tooling, always-on test pipelines, and clean readouts
• Build standardized executive dashboards with templates, brand styling, automated refresh, and self-service access
• Own Claude Code conventions, reusable skills, custom agents, MCP servers, and permission allow lists
• Convert analyst workflows into documented, versioned skills with dry-run defaults and confirmation gates
• Run onboarding and office hours and support analysts with AI workflows
• Evaluate and safely integrate MCP connectors, scheduled agents, and workflow orchestration
• Build and maintain ad-platform API integrations, including token rotation, rate-limit handling, and schema-drift alerts
• Own campaign-operations automation affecting budgets, targeting, and campaign state on live ad spend
• Manage AWS Secrets Manager credential hygiene and expiry alerting
• Produce stakeholder-facing weekly performance, plan-versus-actual, incrementality, and media-mix reporting
• Support engineering work for geo experiments, MMM, and LTV/CAC measurement
• Standardize dashboard patterns and brand styling
• Define safety controls for agentic writes, including dry runs, confirmation gates, audit logs, and rollback paths
• Manage internal app deployments for self-service reporting tools
• Track AI-tool usage, cost, and adoption

• Minimum 3 years in a technical marketing or data role, such as marketing engineering, GTM engineering, marketing operations with real code, analytics engineering, or growth engineering
• Strong Python and SQL, including production code with error handling, logging, and rollback paths
• Hands-on production experience with at least two major ad-platform APIs, including OAuth and token lifecycle management
• Experience running write automation against live spend for budget, targeting, and state changes via API
• Concrete examples of rollback recovery, partial-failure recovery, and gating unattended writes
• Daily-driver experience with agentic AI coding tools such as Claude Code or equivalent; experience building skills, agents, and MCP integrations
• Cloud fundamentals including AWS Secrets Manager, Lambda, S3, and IAM concepts, or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Demonstrates expertise in automating marketing operations and data workflows, with strong capabilities in Python and SQL for production-level coding. Proficient in managing ad-platform API integrations and cloud technologies, ensuring robust reporting and analytics.
