Guaranteed income:
Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or $92,000 annually.

Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all loaded and empty miles.

Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, plus layover pay and breakdown compensation.

Sign-on bonus: $1,500 paid over three months.

Route and equipment

Predictable schedule:
Regional lanes east of I-35, with weekly home time and a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.

Premium trucks:
Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth equipment with a strict no-slip-seating policy.

Driver comfort:
All tractors are equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.

Freight type: 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight.

Company programs:
Pet and passenger rider programs are available from the first day.

Qualifications and requirements

License:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).Driving record:
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and an active DOT medical card.

Experienced route:
At least three months of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.

Entry-level route:
Recent CDL school graduates are welcome.
