Location: Building Envelope - Muscle Shoals, AL
The Role
The Production Winder operates and troubleshoots equipment, prepares materials for production, and selects the appropriate materials based on the production schedule.
What You’ll Accomplish- Operating machine tool, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards
- Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods
- Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re‑manufacture faulty products
- Maintaining accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
Education: High school diploma; or 1‑2 years vocational training/associate degree
Additional Requirements- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
Schedule: M‑Th 6pm - 6am
Pay: $23.32
