Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our acute care team. This role provides comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population within a dynamic hospital environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing high‑quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

- Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self‑care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Respond to patient emergencies and provide immediate medical assistance.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control protocols.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Prior experience in an acute care setting.
- Certification in a relevant nursing specialty (e.g., Medical‑Surgical Nursing).
- Proficiency in performing physical assessments and interpreting diagnostic data.
- Knowledge of medication administration and potential side effects.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot common medical equipment (e.g., IV pumps, cardiac monitors).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Compassionate and patient‑centered approach to care.
