United Health Group's Alabama Hospice of the Shoals is seeking a Hospice Nurse Practitioner to provide palliative care, symptom management and supportive care for hospice patients in collaboration with the Hospice Medical Director.
You will conduct bedside visits, coordinate the plan of care with the IDG, educate patients and families, and document patient progress while communicating with the Hospice Medical Director and administrator.
