The College of Agriculture, Environment and Nutrition Sciences (CAENS) at Tuskegee University is seeking candidates for the position Post-Doctoral Fellow in various disciplines of agricultural sciences. The position is a continuous open announcement for a 12-month appointment, renewable annually based on funding, need and performance, with a maximum period of four years.

• Agricultural Economics
• Animal Sciences
• Crop, Soil and Environmental Sciences
• Entomology
• Food Science
• Horticulture
• Poultry Science
• Rural Sociology, or related fields

Execute the work associated with various contracts and grants in your discipline.

• Ph.D. in the area of expertise at the time of employment.
• Experience in developing publications, including journal articles and technical reports.
• Good written, verbal communication, analytical skills.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Experience with computer systems and database management, spreadsheets, and word processing tools (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Experience in data analysis, including statistics, and writing various reports.
• Ability to work effectively with persons from diverse ethnic backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as a team member.
• Proven track record of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Mandatory travel, and work during nights, weekends, and after hours.
