We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Systems Analyst to support engineering and technology programs at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement system solutions that enhance mission‑critical operations and ensure alignment with program objectives.

• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and JT professionals to assess system requirements and develop solutions
• Analyze current systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Support integration and testing of hardware/software systems across various NASA programs
• Develop documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate system performance and recommendations
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in lab and operational environments
• Maintain configuration control and ensure compliance with NASA standards and protocols
• Participate in planning and execution of system upgrades and deployments

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in systems analysis, integration, or technical support (NASA or aerospace experience preferred)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, system modeling, and documentation platforms
• Preferred experience with lab operations, system testing, and configuration management

• Ability to operate standard office equipment
• Ability to walk short distances
• Ability to lift and carry parcels, packages and other items
• Ability to view a computer terminal

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with NASA systems, protocols, and engineering environments
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data integrity practices
