Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee high-volume retail facilities. The role focuses on developing and executing business plans to achieve sales, profit objectives, and customer satisfaction.

• Generate and execute travel center and restaurant business plans to meet established standards, sales, and profit objectives.
• Ensure customer expectations are met.
• Conduct meetings with subordinate employees.
• Maintain effective vendor relationships.
• Drive sales and manage team members.
• Track inventory and perform P&L analysis.
• Build, coach, manage, and develop teams through staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training.
• Provide excellent customer service.

• Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or another service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Strong integrity and accountability at the managerial level; excellent team leadership skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
