Tax Manager – International Accounting Firm (Hybrid, Southern California) | Tustin, CA | $120K-$150K | Full-Time
Location: Hybrid (Southern California based)

Job Type: Full-Time | Mid-Senior Level
- Lead and grow our tax practice alongside firm partners, taking ownership of client relationships and engagement strategy.
- Guide and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and smart, efficient workflows.
- Bring strong technical expertise across individual, partnership, pass-through, and corporate tax planning.
- Manage engagements end to end, ensuring clients receive accurate, high quality work and proactive advisory support.
- Identify tax issues, anticipate client needs, and deliver thoughtful solutions.
- Build trust with clients by understanding their business and advising on tax strategy and planning.
- Leverage technology and AI driven tools to work smarter, not harder.
- Train junior staff and help shape the future of our tax function.
- International tax experience is highly valued.
- 5+ years of tax experience.
- CPA or active CPA candidacy.
- Strong technical tax knowledge across corporate, partnership, and individual returns.
- Experience managing multiple engagements and leading teams.
- A proactive, ownership driven mindset with integrity, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit.
- International tax experience and Japanese fluency are a plus.
