Temporary Administrative Assistant, Legal

Rite of Passage Team is hiring for an Administrative Assistant in a community known for its cultural diversity, sunny weather, and proximity to Pay:
Rate starting at $20.00 per hour

• You will be eligible for Medical insurance on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
• The rest of the Rite of Passage Benefits Package immediately after 90 days of full-time employment.
• 403b match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment.
• Paid

• You will work as a staff member of the Administrative Office team and provide assistance to the designated supervisor and other site personnel. Primarily responsible for any administrative assistance required by management and/or program staff and ensures all administrative office procedures with a genuine desire to work with troubled teens.

• At least three years of experience working in an office with confidentiality, with excellent organization and time management skills.
• Provide exemplary customer service and maintain positive internal and external communications.

• Shifts:
  
  Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
