We are looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join a manufacturing organization in Tustin, California in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This position supports a busy legal and contracts function by overseeing agreement workflows, improving document organization, and helping maintain reliable corporate records. The ideal candidate brings strong contract administration experience, sound judgment when working with standard legal templates, and the ability to create order in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer agreements from initiation through completion, including preparing and managing straightforward contract documents such as confidentiality agreements.
• Examine revised contract language against approved templates and identify inconsistencies, missing terms, or compliance concerns for follow-up.
• Organize and maintain contract files, legal records, and related documentation to support accuracy, accessibility, and audit readiness.
• Provide day-to-day support for legal operations by managing corporate documents and ensuring records are current and properly stored.
• Assist with data cleanup, file standardization, and information migration efforts related to contracts and legal documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to track contract status, gather required information, and help keep workflows moving on schedule.
• Support the contracts lead with administrative and operational tasks that strengthen overall process efficiency across the legal team.
