Back Office Assistant

Sarton Physical Therapy | Pelvic Healing is looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Part-Time Back Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our busy pelvic floor physical therapy practice.

This is a hands-on support role that helps keep our clinic running smoothly and ensures our treatment spaces remain clean, organized, stocked, and ready for both our patients and clinicians. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, notices what needs to be done, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

Sarton Physical Therapy | Pelvic Healing is looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Part-Time Back Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our busy pelvic floor physical therapy practice.

This is a hands-on support role that helps keep our clinic running smoothly and ensures our treatment spaces remain clean, organized, stocked, and ready for both our patients and clinicians. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, notices what needs to be done, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include turning over treatment rooms between patients; managing clinic laundry and linens; restocking treatment rooms with linens, supplies, and products; keeping treatment rooms, the gym, lobby, bathroom, and breakroom tidy and organized; assisting with inventory and putting away deliveries; and completing general office support tasks such as making copies, shredding, and restocking office supplies.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Proactive and comfortable identifying tasks that need to be completed
• Able to prioritize responsibilities in a busy clinic environment
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable working around patients and healthcare professionals
• Respectful of patient privacy and able to maintain confidentiality
• Comfortable with the physical aspects of the position, including laundry, cleaning, stocking, and moving throughout the clinic

Schedule: Part-time; schedule based on clinic needs and candidate availability

Employment Classification: Part-Time, Non-Exempt
