Wages include Base Salary Compensation of between $121,000 and $160,000 annually. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

• Oversee the Parts Department; create annual operating budget, meet monthly forecasts, review sales, costs, and inventory monthly to ensure budget is in order
• Establish pricing to generate profits
• Enhance an already well developed wholesale business
• Maintain high CSI
• Train, motivate and manage staff
• Assist in issuing parts and accessories to technicians
• Assist in helping customers purchase parts and supplies for their vehicles
• Maintain stock levels that enable our service department to complete their work without delay
• Maintain a clean and organized department

• Ability to Lead a team
• Automotive Dealership Parts Manager Experience is preferred
• Reynolds/Ignite experience a plus!
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good organizational skills and work ethic
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
