• Support the AVP of Strategy & Business Development in researching new business opportunities in Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial markets
• Assist in managing the business development pipeline and preparing reports for executive leadership
• Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations for sales pitches and internal strategy discussions
• Provide project coordination support for business development initiatives and RFP responses
• Conduct research and data analysis to support Sales and Client Services

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5+ years of senior-level experience in a dental benefit administrator
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development support, strategy, sales operations, or health/dental plan administration
• Strong research capabilities and experience navigating Medicaid/Medicare state websites and regulatory sources
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, Teams, and Power Point
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, or managed care
• Exceptional PowerPoint skills and the ability to create executive-quality sales decks
• Highly motivated self-starter with the initiative to proactively move work forward
• Strong collaborator who works effectively across departments
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
