Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used)
• Make correct monetary change
• Use verbal, written and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Maintain motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for fast and accurate movements
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in the cooler to 90 °F or higher in some work areas. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500 °F, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Work involves short‑distance walking, standing, lifting up to 50 lb cases, carrying items up to 30 lb, pushing and pulling trays, climbing stairs, bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, and frequent use of hands for tasks such as shaping dough, using a pizza cutter, and handling pizza peels.

Machines, tools and equipment used include computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutters, and pizza peels.

Team members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
