Technical Operations Coordinator (Junior)

  • ONSITE - 5 Days a Week
  • Looking for 2 Junior Level Candidates. Please do not submit candidates with Senior Level experience.

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Technical Operations Coordinator to support our engineering and testing teams. This role is the "connective tissue" of our department: you will manage the physical parts and assets needed for testing while simultaneously building the digital schedules and systems that keep our projects on track. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate who enjoys a mix of hands-on physical organization and strategic project tracking.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Cross-Functional Coordination & Scheduling

  • Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling test windows across different teams.
  • Align timelines between engineering, and external partners to ensure resources (vehicles, tools, and people) are ready when needed
  • Relentlessly follow up with teams to collect data post-testing, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

2. Inventory & Asset Management

  • Organize & Audit: Order, receive, and organize incoming parts. Maintain a clean, logical physical inventory system so the team can find what they need in seconds.
  • Logistics: Prepare assets for testing or transport.

3. System Building & Process Improvement

  • Bridge the Gaps: Identify "organizational black holes" where communication is failing and create new workflows (e.g., new Excel trackers, Jira boards, or physical labeling systems).
  • Reporting: Maintain dashboards and status reports to give management a clear view of project health.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience. We are open to recent graduates with a degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
  • Organization: You enjoy creating order out of chaos and saying “there must be a better way to do that”.
  • Technical Fluency: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. You should be comfortable learning new software quickly.
  • Communication: "Team-first" attitude. You can nudge a senior engineer for data or a vendor for a tracking number with professional persistence.
  • Physical Ability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that may involve being on your feet or lifting/moving parts (up to 25 lbs) as needed
