Our Event Operations Managers know what it means to throw the perfect party. They manage a staff of Event Hosts, ensuring event clients and guests are totally satisfied. Reporting to the center’s General Manager, this role requires exceptional organizational and people skills.

• BE THE HOST WITH THE MOST: Host special events; manage your team of event hosts; oversee all setup of appropriate areas.
• BRING THE PARTY TO LIFE: Work with Sales and Operations to create a seamless event experience that encourages repeat bookings.
• CONNECT WITH YOUR CLIENT: Build a personal connection with your event contact and exceed their guests’ needs; promote a guest‑focused approach.
• ALWAYS BE IMPROVING: Complete all event reporting and use guest feedback to continuously improve satisfaction.
• MANAGE THE TEAM: Use the client database to forecast events, schedule staff, and discipline staff per HR guidelines.
• REMAIN FLEXIBLE: Be available for varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays.

You’re an event professional with a passion for satisfying guests. Your guest‑service mindset guides the event hosts you manage. You have experience leading a team and knowledge of the hospitality industry and event planning/execution. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You are flexible with shifting schedules.

• 1+ year of management experience
• 2+ years as Banquet Captain
• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of F&B and hospitality industry
• Broad knowledge of event planning and execution
• Proficiency in MS Office and database software (preferred)
• Knowledge of POS register systems

• Typical entertainment environment: walking, bending, standing for extended periods; lifting objects with assistance.
