We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Associate to support our financial advisors, financial planners and paraplanners in managing client relationships and account administration. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless client experience by assisting with account
Qualifications- Prior experience in client service, financial services, or wealth management is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients professionally.
- Growth mindset- desire to obtain CFP certification
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- A commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining confidentiality.
- Assist financial planners with client account onboarding, including preparing and processing new account documentation.
- Handle existing account maintenance tasks, such as updating client information, processing account transfers, and assisting with client inquiries.
- Contact clients to schedule meetings and follow up on necessary paperwork.
- Support data collection efforts, ensuring accuracy and completeness for financial planning analysis.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, transactions, and documentation in CRM systems.
- Assist paraplanners with administrative tasks to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and firm policies in all client interactions and documentation.
