Schedule & Shift AvailabilityWe are hiring caregivers available for:
- Day Shifts (8–12 hours)
- Overnight Shifts (8–12 hours)
- Weekend Availability Required
- Full-time and consistent weekly schedules preferred
Primary service area:
Tustin and surrounding South Orange County communities
As a Career Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, professional in-home care including:
- Companion care and meaningful engagement
- Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders and daily care documentation
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Support for older adult loved ones living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, or chronic conditions
- Safe use of assistive equipment including gait belts, wheelchairs, and Hoyer lifts
- $18 to $22 per hour, paid biweekly.

- Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred
- Passion for supporting older adult loved ones with dignity and respect
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts
, including overnights and weekends - Experience assisting with transfers and mobility support
- Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs and assist with client mobility
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- CNA, HHA, or caregiving certification preferred but not required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
