The VP of Information Technology is a senior, hands‑on and strategic technology leader responsible for directing the IT Service Desk, Desktop Engineering, and Technical Systems teams while ensuring the organization maintains strong cybersecurity hygiene, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across enterprise technology environments. This role requires a demonstrated technical leadership background combined with a strategic vision that positions IT as a business enabler for an innovative, forward‑thinking fintech organization.
This leader is accountable for delivering secure, scalable, and customer‑first technology services, maintaining audit readiness aligned to SOC, ISO 27001, and fintech regulatory requirements, and ensuring resilient identity, directory, cloud, and virtual desktop environments. The role balances executive‑level strategy with hands‑on operational leadership, driving modernization, service reliability, and compliance‑aligned technology delivery. Some travel may be required.

WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Oversee technical initiatives and modernization programs in alignment with enterprise strategy, risk management priorities, and business growth objectives.
- Organize programs to increase operational efficiency while strengthening cybersecurity posture and regulatory compliance maturity.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend modern technologies, platforms, and services that enhance security, scalability, and internal customer experience.
- Align and coordinate resources, priorities, work plans, and operational activities across the Service Desk, Desktop Engineering, and Systems Administration teams.
- Provide leadership and escalation guidance for complex technical, operational, vendor, and customer service challenges.
- Partner with HR and Compliance teams to develop and maintain secure onboarding and off‑boarding lifecycle processes aligned with identity governance and access control requirements.
- Monitor, measure, and communicate operational performance, risk, and project success metrics to executive stakeholders.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and manage KPIs across IT functions to drive a culture of service excellence, operational accountability, and secure technology delivery.
- Establish and maintain policies, standards, and procedures governing enterprise systems, endpoint environments, and operational technology services.
- Develop procedures that ensure application reliability, availability, and access security while preventing unauthorized access and data exposure.
- Provide governance oversight across data security, operational risk, regulatory compliance, and enterprise technology resources.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing IT operations organization across Systems Administration and Desktop Engineering disciplines. Lead the design, optimization, and governance of virtual environments and enterprise platform integrations.
