AI Platform & Agents Technical Specialist

We are seeking an AI Platform & Agents Technical Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for the design, implementation, and security of enterprise AI platforms and agent-based solutions.

This role requires candidates who are currently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and C2C arrangements are not accepted. This role is hybrid near Tustin, CA.

• Evaluate and implement AI platform infrastructure, including MCP gateways, connectors, and integrations.
• Design security controls and technical guardrails for internal AI applications and citizen-development frameworks.
• Support the development of secure agentic AI environments with sandboxed code execution and human oversight.
• Conduct security and risk assessments of AI tools, vendors, features, and connectors.
• Identify and address risks related to data exfiltration, model poisoning, hallucinations, excessive permissions, and unauthorized access.
• Participate in technical design and architecture reviews with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Help development teams move quickly while maintaining appropriate security and compliance standards.

• Hands-on experience building, deploying, or securing production AI and machine-learning systems.
• Knowledge of agent architectures, MCP, LLM deployment, and cloud-based AI infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms and tools such as Microsoft Azure, Copilot, Foundry, or Claude.
• Understanding of AI security, application security, cloud security, and secure integration practices.
• Experience working in a regulated or security-conscious environment.
• Strong judgment and the ability to communicate technical risks clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
