Quality Technician (Medical Device) (JN - Tustin, California

Target pay is $38.46 per hour W2; this is a contract position slated to go into 2027.

Location:

Tustin, CA (100% onsite).

• Perform hands‑on tests, data collection, report writing, equipment qualification, and additional R&D support.
• Develop new test systems and improve existing test systems together with R&D teams.
• Perform engineering tests per ISO guidelines in support of design qualifications.
• General laboratory maintenance.
• Coordinate and execute equipment Installation Qualification and Calibration.
• Build prototypes and pilot units utilizing guidewire and catheter fabrication techniques and process technologies.
• Assist in the transfer of newly developed products from OEM R&D to production.
• Perform job functions in accordance with applicable GMP and ISO guidelines.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices when performing all tasks that require such precautions.
• Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical environments (including military experience).
• Understanding of complex systems (mechanical, electrical, controlled systems, pneumatics, hydraulics).
• Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word and Excel.
• Good oral and written English.
• A high school diploma is required.

• Full time/Regular 8 hour days with possible overtime.
