Key Responsibilities- Assemble and wire electrical control panels and enclosures according to engineering drawings and wiring schematics.
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams, bills of materials, and work instructions.
- Perform functional testing and quality checks on completed control panels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S and company safety standards.
- Assist with other production and assembly activities as needed.
- Work closely with engineering and inventory teams to ensure accurate and efficient builds.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5+ years of experience building and wiring industrial electrical control panels.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Willingness to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays, when production demands require.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Experience with industrial control systems, including AC/DC motor controls, PLCs, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Pump control systems, Pneumatics and hydraulics, Allen‑Bradley control platforms.
