• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

• Minimum 6 months of document preparation, scanning, clerical, or office experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a production environment.

• Prepare paper documents for scanning by removing staples, paper clips, and sticky notes.
• Repair damaged documents using tape when needed.
• Scan documents using automatic feed and flatbed scanners.
• Adjust scanner settings according to customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of scanned documents and box numbers.
• Perform routine scanner cleaning and maintenance.
• Assist with document indexing and other administrative tasks.
• Prepare and process 3 or more boxes of files per day.
• Support team members and complete additional duties as assigned.

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Document Prepper.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

As a Document Prepper you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
