Manufacturing Trainer

Are you a GMP manufacturing professional who enjoys training, coaching, and helping others build technical skills?

We’re looking for a Manufacturing Trainer to support biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations across Upstream, Downstream, and Formulation
.

• Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands‑on training in a GMP manufacturing environment
• Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) and employee qualifications
• Support new-hire onboarding and competency development
• Develop and update SOP-based training materials, assessments, checklists, and job aids
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and ALCOA+
• Provide hands‑on coaching and support directly on the manufacturing floor
• Identify training gaps and recommend improvements
• Track training and qualification metrics
• Partner with SMEs, QA, L&D, and HR to ensure effective and compliant training

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline
• 1–3+ years of GMP manufacturing or technical training experience
• Experience in Upstream, Downstream, or Formulation is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and ALCOA+
• Experience training, coaching, mentoring, or qualifying employees
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable working hands‑on in a fast‑paced GMP manufacturing environment
