Overview
QA role within Certified Group focused on ensuring quality management systems and regulatory compliance across laboratories. This position involves executing daily QA functions, maintaining documentation, coordinating equipment management, and supporting audits and investigations as needed.
Responsibilities- Executes the daily functions of QA as directed by the QA Manager/QA Director.
- Prepares, tracks and reviews all QA documentation required to maintain the Quality Management System.
- Oversees all equipment management, including scheduling third party vendors for service, organizing equipment documentation, and performing equipment verifications as needed.
- Completes all customer-supplied QA questionnaires and quality documentation requests.
- Assists in reviewing test reports and completing OOS investigations.
- Works directly with lab personnel to ensure proper documentation and labeling are enforced routinely in the laboratories.
- Routinely audits laboratories to ensure compliance with GLP, ISO, and GMP requirements.
- Coordinates and maintains Document & Equipment Change Control procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field is preferred.
- At minimum, 1–3 years of Quality Assurance work in the cosmetic, nutritional, or pharmaceutical industries.
- GMP experience is preferred.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to adapt to changes to improve company processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate information effectively in both one-on-one conversations and team meetings.
The compensation details provided below reflect the expected pay range for this role, based on the selected compensation structure and applicable guidelines. Actual pay within this range may vary depending on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. Additional components of total rewards—such as bonuses, benefits, or incentives—may also apply where applicable.
Salary Range for Pay Transparency: $24 USD - $32 USD
