Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist – Lot Disposition

Are you passionate about Quality Assurance, batch record review, GMP compliance, and product release activities? We’re looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist – Lot Disposition to join a growing biopharmaceutical team supporting innovative biologic therapies.

What You'll Do- Review Manufacturing Batch Production Records and associated documentation
- Support API batch and lot release activities in compliance with cGMP requirements
- Review testing documentation from Microbiology and Chemistry groups
- Compile and perform QA review of batch history records
- Support quality oversight activities across manufacturing operations
- Review and approve controlled documents, procedures, and quality records
- Identify and recommend improvements to processes, procedures, and systems
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, QC, Validation, and other cross-functional teams
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert supporting Quality Assurance activities
- Support inspection readiness, discrepancy resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Life Science)
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
Hands-on experience or exposure with:
- Quality Assurance
- Quality Systems
- Product Release Activities
- Quality Oversight
- Quality Compliance
Experience supporting biologics manufacturing environments
$32.69 – $40.86 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Please Note- On-site in Tustin, CA
- Overtime, weekends, holidays, and schedule flexibility may be required
