? We’re looking for a Sr. Scientist – Downstream and Biologics Formulation Development to join a growing biopharmaceutical development team supporting innovative biologic therapies.

• Lead biologics formulation development, including pre‑formulation assessments, excipient screening, and stability studies
• Lead downstream process development activities for protein-based biologics
• Support capture chromatography, polishing chromatography, viral inactivation, viral filtration, and TFF operations
• Develop high-concentration protein formulations and address aggregation, viscosity, and solubility challenges
• Design experiments, analyze data, and prepare technical reports and development summaries
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert (SME) during client engagements and project reviews
• Conduct analytical characterization
• Collaborate with Cell Line Development, Upstream Process Development, Analytical Sciences, MSAT, Manufacturing, and Program Management
• Maintain quality, regulatory, and safety compliance
• Mentor junior scientists and support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives

• Master’s degree or PhD in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field and minimum 4‑6 years of relevant experience
• Relevant experience in biologics formulation and/or downstream process development
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Stability studies
  • Analytical and biophysical assays
• On‑site work in Tustin, CA
• Applicants must already be authorized to work in the U.S.
