Sprouts Farmers Market is looking for a friendly, outgoing Cashier who can provide excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment. The role involves processing customer orders quickly and accurately, handling cash and electronic payments, assisting with stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean checkout area.

As a Cashier, you will act as the face of the company and ensure that each customer’s order is processed promptly and accurately.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accurately handle cash, credit/debit payments, and change.
• Assist customers by providing information, resolving complaints, and guiding them through product locations.
• Follow front‑end procedures, assist with stocking, faced, and dusting as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of weekly ad items and store events.
• Communicate effectively with the front‑end manager and Head Cashier.
• Keep checkout areas clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of recent cashiering experience.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with an ability to interact with customers.
• Proficiency with front‑end equipment (register, calculator, scanner).
• Dependable and flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to receive constructive feedback.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Physical ability to lift/carry product up to 30 lbs. over a distance of up to 3 feet for up to 50 hours, and use both hands to move grocery carts requiring a force of up to 35 lbs. over a distance of up to 4 feet for up to 50 hours.
• Strong attention to detail, proficiency with numbers, and basic math skills.

The pay range for this position is $17.05–$21.25 per hour, based on applicable experience and qualifications.
