• Meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales goals
• Consultation with customers in a professional and upbeat manner
• Educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Opening and closing the business
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
• Assisting customers in using tanning equipment
• Attending off‑site sales and job training

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and work for 7 hours per day
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
